We are currently seeking a qualified virtual assistant for our website (www.jerseyhaven.com).
$350.00 USD/per month – (payments issued bi-weekly)
This is a moderate level customer service position. Applicant must possess strong computer, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Work will be expected to be performed under light supervision. Applicant must be available to work from the hours of 10:00am – 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
The selected candidate will perform customer service (email and live chat) and telephone reception duties. These functions will include assisting customers and website visitors with inquiries relating to our website, orders, and/or merchandise.
– Proficiency in English
– Excellent comprehension, written, and oral skills
– Secure internet connection and access
– One (1) year experience in internet/website sales (i.e. customer service)
– Personal computer (ex. desktop, laptop, etc.)
– Moderate knowledge of sporting apparel and fashion (ex. Jerseys, t-shirts, etc.)

Duration of Eligibility
