Jersey Haven (www.jerseyhaven.com) will refund your order, for any valid reason, within the first 30 days from the date of delivery to the billing address authorized by the utilized payment method (ex. PayPal, your bank, etc.). A restocking fee will be applied to any refunded orders that are returned due to errors or damages caused by purchaser, purchaser’s representative or third parties. After 30 days, refunds will not be issued. See our return policy for further details.
An email notification will be sent to you when your refund is processed. The amount of time it takes for the refund to post to your account depends on how your bank processes the transaction. Please allow up to two billing cycles (1-2 business days) for the refund to appear on your statement.
Unless otherwise specified, the refund amount includes only the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable and a restocking fee will be applied, unless you received the wrong order or products were damaged in transit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you purchased your order via multiple payment methods, a refund will first be applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged, and then to a gift card or product voucher will be issued.
If your refund is issued to a gift card that is no longer in your possession, please locate the gift card number in your refund confirmation email. You can use this number during a future checkout at www.jerseyhaven.com.
RESTOCKING FEE SCHEDULE FOR RETURNED ORDERS
Full custom orders: 50% restocking fee will be applied.
Partial custom orders: 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Non-custom stock orders: 25% restocking fee will be applied.
