INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Items may be returned to us within thirty (30) days from delivery to your billing address. Further details are listed below. Restrictions may apply.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Complete a return order form (click here) and return your item to the mailing address included on the form. Also, include a copy of your original invoice with your return (this will assist in the processing of your return).

EXCHANGE REQUESTS
If you want to exchange your order you will need to complete a return order form (click here). On the return form is a section titled “exchange requests” where you will need to identify the item(s) you expect to receive in exchange for your return. Input – in the designated fields – the item number, size, color & quantity of the item to be received in exchange.
Note: Take notice, exchanges will be honored only for items that are equal to or lower in cost to the item that has been returned. Items returned that have been damaged due to excessive wear will not be exchanged.

RETURN POLICY
Jersey Haven (www.jerseyhaven.com) will exchange or refund your order, for any valid reason, within the first 30 days from the date of delivery to the billing address authorized by payment method (ex. PayPal, your bank, etc.). After 30 days, exchange and refund requests will not be honored or processed. A restocking fee will be applied to any refunded orders that are returned due to errors or damages not caused by Jersey Haven. Some restrictions may apply.

Customized Jerseys
Custom jerseys can be returned within thirty (30) days from delivery date. A restocking fee will be applied if the given reason for the return does not involve some error on our behalf.

Defective Items
For any item you receive that is defective or flawed we will gladly satisfy your request for an exchange or refund. If you believe you received defective or flawed goods, from us, contact our customer support team immediately. Defective or flawed items must be returned within thirty (30) days from delivery date for an exchange or refund request to be honored.

RESTOCKING FEE SCHEDULE FOR RETURNED ORDERS
Full custom orders: 50% restocking fee will be applied.
Partial custom orders: 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Non-custom stock orders: 25% restocking fee will be applied.
