There are a few shipping options that are available for you to choose from. During checkout up-to-date shipping prices will be calculated and presented to you. The shipping prices, provided at checkout, are subject to change as carriers may alter their shipping fees. Additionally, a handling fee will be applied to all orders placed at www.jerseyhaven.com. This handling fee will be incorporated into the listed shipping fee generated at checkout.
Carriers we use: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), DHL, UPS and Fedex.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee arrival times or dates. The delivery times shown below are provided to you only as an estimation. So, please, use the time table below only as a guide.
1. Orders are shipped daily Monday thru Friday (not including holidays).
2. Any order received after 4pm EST will begin processing the next business day.
3. Delivery estimates do not include time required to manufacture and/or customize an order.
4. Generally, orders are shipped 5 to 10 business days after our receipt of your online purchase (exceptions may apply).
5. In some instances Express and One Day shipping methods may not be an available option.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
An estimated delivery date will be provided when you search your tracking number.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you and updated in your Jersey Haven online account.
Although it’s not a common occurrence, orders may take up to four (4) weeks to complete the production process. Estimated delivery date begins after production is completed and the order is actually shipped.
Where can my order be shipped?
If you are using a credit/debit card, your order will only be shipped to the card’s verified billing address. Our system will not accept orders if the address provided does not match the billing address associated with account of your credit/debit card.
We ship throughout the continental United States, the District of Columbia and Canada. We also ship to verified U.S. post office boxes!
A military address (APO/FPO) is acceptable when it is listed as the billing address on the account of the card used to place your order. Only verified and approved orders will be shipped to a military address.
Orders completed with a digital currency (ex. Bitcoin) can be shipped essentially anywhere. Billing address shipping requirements do not apply to orders placed with a digital currency.
Can I purchase delivery insurance?
Yes. You can protect your package(s) against loss, theft or damage during shipping with “delivery insurance”. You can purchase this insurance before completing the checkout process.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
No. Once an order is verified and approved the delivery address can not be changed. If it is your desire to have your order shipped to a different address your current order will need to be canceled (fees may apply for customer orders) and a new order will have to be placed.
How do I check the status of my order?

Will my order be processed on weekends and holidays?
Our customer service department is closed on weekends and federally reserved U.S. holidays. Also, orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.
